The basic idea is tagging, that is, use HUMAN intelligence instead of artificial intelligence. Both of you share the base structure:<br><br>1. use WS as the backup engine for indexing/querying. Why not use Lucene .NET to save some CPU cycle for users?<br>2. use VSTO to save coding lines. hmm, more dependency <br>3. OL add-in<br><br>Are you going to add "grouping work"?
