Categories are important help and Xiant filer should support this feature. Also I suggest to offer the COPY function into another folder. Sometimes it is useful to the same message in two or more folder for easy handling. I moved to a single Inbox system. I use filters as I used to, but instead of moving mails I assign categories/labels. I create search/virtual folders based on Categories/labels.
