This issue was caused when Filer lost one of its configuration settings during the upgrade. This issue will be fixed in the next update. In the mean time, to change that configuration setting please follow these steps:
1. Exit Outlook
2. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Application Data\Xiant\Filer
3. Edit Xiant.Filer.config with notepad or another program.
4. Paste in this line into the body of the file:
<add key="IgnoreNonPrimaryStore" value="false" />
5. Restart Outlook
