I have bought your product but there is no licensing option on the xiant filer menu in outlook…..e.g it is mostly greyed out along with the toolbar….
I am running windows 7 64 bit with outlook 2007….
I had previoulsy installed the product......
Could someone respond to me ASAP ???

The error in the log seems to point to one of the prerequisites not being installed correctly.

In order to resolve, user should manually download and install the following software from Microsoft:

2007 Redistributable Primary Interop Assemblies
