| After installing the application, there is no user interface shown (either as a toolbar or in individual messages). Xiant Filer shows up in the active application add-in list in Outlook. Not sure if it should be available in the View-Toolbars menu, but it doesn't show up there either. I have tried repairing as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. Running Vista Business and Outlook 2007.

| We have encountered two instances where MAPI returns an error when filer is initializing a delegate mailbox. We will post an updated installer once we have made the necessary changes. Thank you for your post.

same for me. After removing a second mailbox which will be shown in outlook it works

The latest version available for download has addressed issues related to Filer working with other add-ins installed. We have now tested with a number of add-ins. If you see this issue, please email support@xiant.com and let us know what other add-ins you have installed with Outlook.

| Still no luck am afraid. I do have two other mailboxes open if that makes a difference. List of addins is posted above. All though I tried to start with just this addin and it didnt show any interface in that case either
