Outlook Mailstore Support Outlook ships with Exchange and personal store(pst) mailstore support. 3rd party providers can write their own mailstores that are written to the MAPI standard. Some of these stores may not be as compliant to the MAPI standard causing issues in Filer. Filer hooks into the mailstores folder name change events to stay current with any folder name changes, additions or removal. Some 3rd party stores have caused initialization issues with this folder watching api when called by Filer. Exchange Primary Mailstore This is the primary user mailstore which we have seen no issues initializing whether in online or cached exchange mode. - Enable folder watching and suggestions Exchange Delegate Mailstore Mailstores a user has permission to open, but is not the primary user on. For example Conference room calendars, technical support mailboxes, archives. These delegate stores can be offline which causes problems during initialization of Filer. Delegate stores are supported by Filer in a unique way in that any filing history that is generated in a delegate store stays tied to that store and does not affect the users primary filing history. - Disable folder name watching and suggestions Exchange Public Mailstore These are the public folders. Due to the large size of these stores and their time offline, Filer does not attempt to watch or suggest folders from this store. - Disable folder name watching and suggestions Personal Store (pst) Default store for Pop3 or imap profiles. Since these stores are only supported by Outlook to be local single user stores, we have not had any problems enabling folder watching. - Enable folder name watching and suggestions Other By default we only enable folder watching for the default store in a profile. If a secondary store in a profile is a pst store, we also enable folder watching for that type of store. An example of a secondary store would be a personal archive. All others are disabled for folder watching. Microsoft Dynamics Not explicitly enabled Sharepoint lists Not explicitly enabled
